What we collect
Through this website we collect the information you submit in the contact and investor-enquiry forms: your name, email address, organisation, a property address if you provide one, how you heard of Metrosuite, your message, and, on the investor-enquiry form, your confirmation of accredited-investor or other exempt status. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page) for security and to understand how the site is used. This site does not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, where you have asked for it, to send the investor overview.
- To assess a property you have told us about.
- To keep a record of investor-enquiry attestations, which securities law requires us to retain.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf (email, form-hosting and customer-relationship tools) under contractual confidentiality obligations, with our professional advisers where necessary, and where the law requires.
Retention
Enquiry information is retained for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry. Investor-enquiry attestations are retained for the period required by applicable securities law. You may ask us at any time to correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to those retention obligations.
