A garden suite delivered for a private owner in the rear yard of an existing house — a self-contained home fabricated in a factory, with the foundation, servicing and landscaping completed on site.
The building permit was issued in December 2025. The modules completed factory fabrication and third-party building-science inspection in September 2026 and were craned into the rear yard that month, with finishing, connections and landscaping now under way.
Searle is the last of Metrosuite's garden-suite commissions for private clients.
